Description:

Tasks description:
- To assist in organizing meetings, registration, agenda, minutes.
- To help to organize face-to-face events.
- To research international locations where to hold events.
- To prepare documents for meetings and business trips.
- To write and issue emails - to handle requests for information and data.
- To resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- To identify the international audiences, create surveys, and monitor results.
- To assist in the marketing area.
- To write content for the website.
- To help with membership registration.
- To find ways to improve administrative processes.

Skills:
- Ability to organize and plan.
- Teamwork and leadership.
- Being able to work and learn autonomously and simultaneously interact appropriately with others, cooperating and collaborating.
- Perform related functions in the different functional areas of a company and institutions.
- Apply instrumental techniques in the analysis and solution of business problems and in decision-making.
- Correct oral and written expression.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and oral English is required, knowledge of a second language is an asset- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills- Experience in administrative tasks- Good communication skills- Interest in the telecoms industry and fast-paced businesses- Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, remotely, and under pressure
