**Mission**:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of sellers, driving performance through key marketplace levers (promotions, visibility, ads, inventory, etc.).
- Provide strategic guidance to help clients reach their business objectives and maximize sales.
- Analyze performance data (sales, traffic, conversions) to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to improve account performance.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships that ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Implement visibility, optimization, and advertising strategies to enhance seller results.
- Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.
**Who you are**:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong commercial, analytical, interpersonal, and relational skills.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive with strong ownership.
- High English level and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
