1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
2. Conduct Retail Penetration Analysis by analyzing market insights to ensure retail coverage effectively penetrates the market.
3. Manage Retail Co-Marketing Campaigns, including roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, seasonal campaign implementation, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Oversee Field Force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; English is preferred.
* At least 3 years of comprehensive retail management experience, preferably in the consumer electronic product industry.
* Strong data analysis skills and ROI calculation ability to ensure optimal use of campaign budgets.
* Independent management of suppliers and negotiation with retailers.
* Logical thinking, management and coordination skills, operational execution ability, learning agility, and stress resilience.
