This role integrates cost control and resource optimization to ensure flawless project delivery.**How you’ll make an impact*** Manage scheduling for delivery projects using expert Project Controls knowledge.* Create, maintain, and analyze current and forecasted schedules.* Monitor costs, resources, and risks to keep projects on track.* Develop solutions to handle delays and meet deadlines.* Produce reports and conduct analyses (S-curves, OTD, earned value, critical path).* Highlight deviations and risks to project managers and teams.* Collaborate with project leaders to advance Project Controls practices.* Support continuous improvement in planning and execution.**Your background*** You bring around 7 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls.* Skilled in Earned Value Analysis and S-curves, especially with Primavera P6.* Strong knowledge of Excel and Office tools.* Self-driven, structured, and organized with excellent prioritization skills.* Team-oriented, inspiring, and motivating colleagues.* Fluent in English and Spanish.
