Your Role
Working in the Front Office is the heartbeat of the resort. You will learn the art of 5-star service by:
* Creating a First Impression: Assisting with seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
* Personalizing Stays: Handling guest inquiries, providing local recommendations, and coordinating special requests to exceed expectations.
* Mastering Operations: Gaining hands-on experience with premium Property Management Systems (PMS) and luxury hospitality standards.
* Multicultural Communication: Interacting with guests from all over the world, sharpening your language skills in a professional environment.
* Problem Solving: Learning how to handle challenges with grace, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.
What Were Looking For
* The Vibe: You are charismatic, proactive, and have a genuine passion for making people smile.
* The Skills: Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Business degree.
* The Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a huge plus!
