Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to join the team at our
Curio Collection by Hilton Cáceres
. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing proactive sales strategies, managing key accounts, and positioning the hotel successfully in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and implements the hotel's sales plan, focusing on proactive account management.
Identifies business opportunities and grows revenue through corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
Manages relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.
Works closely with Hilton's commercial tools (OnQ, PEP), CRM systems, and RMS solutions.
Participates in trade fairs, site inspections, and promotional events.
Coordinates with the marketing and revenue departments to ensure aligned strategies.
Requirements:
Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within 4* or 5* hotels.
Strong knowledge of the Cáceres market and regional dynamics.
Proficiency in English;
other languages (French, German, Portuguese) are a plus.
Experience with RMS tools (e.G., Duetto, IDeaS), Opera or similar PMS, and CRM platforms.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
