Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies in collaboration with retail and distribution partners
- Coordinate co‑branding initiatives and campaigns to maximize visibility across partner channels.
- Ensure consistent brand representation at POS, events, and activations
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights to optimize marketing investments
- Support the launch of flagship collections through joint marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with partners to drive alignment with Tissot’s integral brand strategy
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Logistics teams to align campaigns, launches, and events.
- Coordinate with agencies or vendors for marketing collateral, POS, and event execution.

- Background in trade marketing positions.
- Passion for watches, sports culture, and lifestyle branding.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across international teams
- Analytical skills: interpret KPIs and market insights.
- Communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Project management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Event coordination and digital amplification knowledge.
- Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset.
Professional requirements
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – advanced user.
Design packages (Adobe suite), a plus.
Languages
Languages: English (full professional competence), French (plus).
