Listing exclusive properties for the company's portfolio
- Keep our listings database updated.
- Keep a good relation with property developers and being updated of every new development that comes out to the market.
- Knowledge of the legal formalities and documentation required for the sale of a property.
Summary of the agent's activity:
- Attending to new opportunities of property listing online and offline.
- Follow up the owners whose properties we are about to list following the protocol established by the company.
- Attending "Open House" type events to learn about the latest properties to be added to the real estate market.
- Visiting clients' properties.
- Uploading the properties to the CRM, adding the pictures, description and attachments (such as plans, owners data, visit conditions...).
Requirements of the listing agent:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Negotiation skills, with a focus on results.
- Must transmit confidence and seriousness.
- Personal and professional references
- Bilingual in Spanish and English. A third or fourth language would be an asset.
- Own vehicle to attend appointments with clients.
- Basic computer skills.
**Salary**: 12,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
