TThe AdTech Director leads the global advertising technology strategy for a luxury client within the newtwork. This role ensures a robust, scalable, and future-proof ad-tech ecosystem, working closely with Data, PMO, global markets, and the client’s HQ.
The Director oversees platform governance, technical excellence, innovation, and cross-market alignment to support consistent and efficient media activation worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Ad-Tech Strategy & Architecture
* Define, maintain, and evolve the global ad-tech stack (DSPs, CDPs, ad servers, measurement tools).
* Evaluate and onboard new technologies with the Data team.
* Ensure interoperability, data continuity, and technical consistency across all markets.
* Drive innovation in automation, AI, and programmatic excellence.
Platform Governance & Compliance
* Enforce global standards for ad accounts
* Manage user access, permissions, and SSO governance.
* Coordinate with client HQ for platform access and onboarding.
* Support escalated technical issues from markets.
Data, Audiences & Measurement
* Align with Data team on global audience strategy and compliant data usage.
* Support consistent taxonomy, data flows, and platform integrations.
* Contribute to global measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality).
* Ensure KPI consistency across Maisons and markets.
Market Enablement & Quality Assurance
* Create documentation, and operational guidelines.
* Validate market technical setups (accounts, pixels, tagging, integrations).
* Contribute on troubleshooting, quality control, and global communities of practice.
Vendor & Partner Management
* Act as key contact for the tech teams of global partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
* Lead SLAs, roadmaps, and innovation pilots.
* Assess vendor performance and scalability across markets.
Network & Client HQ Coordination
* Act as the central ad-tech authority for FWD teams globally.
* Ensure alignment with client HQ and smooth rollout of global mandates.
* Lead governance rituals
* Ensure consistent adoption of global standards across the network.
Profile
* 8–12 years’ experience in ad-tech, programmatic, social, MarTech, or digital operations.
* Deep understanding of ad-tech platforms, identity, data flows, and measurement frameworks.
* Strong stakeholder management across global/central teams
* Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Fluent in English (French is a plus).
