Your Role as an F&B; Intern
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will be the face of our luxury bars and restaurants. Your goal is to create unforgettable \"vacation moments\" for our guests.
\n
Your daily adventures will include:
\n
- Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a warm, professional attitude and assisting them with menu recommendations.\n
- Service Excellence: Serving food and beverages according to 5-star standards in our themed restaurants, buffets, or poolside bars.
\n
- Setting the Stage: Assisting with the setup (mise-en-place) and clearing of tables to ensure a pristine dining environment.
\n
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
\n
- Compliance: Following all health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP) regulations.
\n
What We Are Looking For ??
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Culinary Arts degree/vocational program.
\n
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish is highly valued, and any other European languages (German, French, Dutch) are a huge plus!
\n
- Attitude: A proactive, \"can-do\" mindset with a genuine passion for making people happy.
\n
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional image.
\n
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment.
