Your mission will be to support the Personnel Administration department by:
1. Managing employee onboarding, departures, and internal movements.
2. Monitoring attendance, absences, and vacations.
3. Assisting in payroll management, social security, and tax matters (IRPF).
4. Handling inquiries and incidents related to employment relationships.
5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, social security, and PRL regulations.
6. Managing interactions with the Administration for department-specific issues.
7. Participating in the onboarding of new hires.
8. Preparing documentation for legal proceedings and Labor Inspections.

1. You hold a university degree in Labor Relations, Business, Law, or Work Sciences.
2. You have at least 2 years of experience in Labor or Personnel Administration.
3. You are proficient with ERP systems (A3 is a plus).
4. You are familiar with: Contrat@, Siltr@, Certific@, Sistema Red.
5. You have good command of Office 365 (ideally).
