Role Description
This is a part time position for a Bookkeeping and Administrative Professional. Responsibilities include managing daily bookkeeping tasks, monitoring financial records, and processing invoices and payments. The role also involves providing administrative support, maintaining records, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance bookkeeping duties with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial record management, and proficiency in accounting software Holded
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and general accounting principles is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; experience with scheduling tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or financial role is highly desirable.
