**Administrative English - French**
We are KaracterMania, an international designer and manufacturer of fashion accessories, backpacks and bags for children, teenagers and adults since 1999, for official licenses such as Harry Potter, Star Wars, Nasa, Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Dragon Ball, or One Piece. We are looking for a profile with:
**Requirements and skills**:
- Successful customer care by phone, mail, etc.
- Planning and monitoring the delivery of goods to European customers.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
- Written and oral communication skills in English, French or another European language.
**Job description**:
- 15.000,00€ - 18.000,00€ per annum
- Eight-hour shift
- Workplace: In person
