We are seeking a Marketing Admin & Analytics Support to join our team. This role will support the marketing and strategy teams for the PWP product (PageWide Press) of our main client, HP (Hewlett-Packard). The position involves maintaining and improving the quote generation process, managing part number requests, and supporting various projects including quotation, cost consolidation, GAP analysis, and deal capture.
About the role :
Hybrid work model (initial training face-to-face, then approximately 2 days per week in the office). This is a temporary full-time position for about 1 year, with a high likelihood of extension.
Main responsibilities :
Supporting the Partner Manager, your main tasks will include:
1. Excel Quotation (about 40% of time):
o Ensure accurate reception, creation, and storage of quotes in SharePoint.
o Develop an Excel database to track all quotes, including acceptance status, for statistical analysis.
2. Part Number Requests (about 20% of time):
o Collaborate with third-party partners to acquire part numbers for solutions, parts, kits, or upgrades.
3. Project Support (about 40% of time):
o Fast Quoting: Assist in creating generic part numbers for efficient quoting.
o Cost Consolidation: Consolidate received costs to facilitate comparison across periods.
o Integration Fees Project: Build a database of configurations and fees to improve quoting accuracy.
o Deals Capture: Extract and integrate data from software into the quote database to analyze attachment rates and popular solutions.
o GAP Analysis for Partner Contracts: Conduct GAP analysis and contribute to contract process improvements.
Minimum requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey analysis and recommendations effectively.
* Fluency in English and willingness to work with a global team across multiple time zones.
* Familiarity with project management and analytics tools.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
