What You’ll Actually Do
As a Client Account Manager, you will oversee end‑to‑end client projects, ensuring outstanding delivery, smooth communication, and strategic coordination across markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client needs and translating them into actionable project plans
- Setting project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Preparing briefs, campaign documentation, and status updates
- Reviewing content and campaign materials prior to launch
- Ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Monitoring performance of ongoing deliverables
- Overseeing community communication flows
- Coordinating content localization across different markets
- Leading internal teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring clarity and alignment
- Providing proactive solutions when challenges arise
This role is for someone who:

What We’re Looking For
- Strong English + Italian writing and communication skills
- Proven experience in account management or digital project coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders
- Comfortable working fully remotely
- Curiosity for digital marketing, community building, and brand strategy
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
