This role involves tasks related to onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR administration.**Your responsibilities**:Onboarding and Offboarding:- Ask for onboarding documentation- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and facilitate new employee orientations.- Assist in exit interviews and conduct necessary offboarding procedures.Employee Records Management- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data.Benefits Administration:- Support in benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.- Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure timely processing of benefit claims.HR Policies and Procedures:- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Communicate HR policies to employees and address inquiries.Compliance and Reporting:- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Prepare and generate HR reports as needed.General HR Administration:- Handle HR-related correspondence and maintain HR filing systems.- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns- Escalate issues to HR management as necessary.**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- 1 year of experience in HR administration or related roles.- Knowledge: Cornerstone, Visual Time- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
