We're growing and continue to increase our global reach! For this we are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist who will be part of our amazing Sales Team in Barcelona.
What you will do :
Management and conversion of deals into sales
Outbound (phone, Emails, WhatsApp and other canals) contacts potential patients
Support of the Clinics sales representatives in closing sales
Direct communication with financial institutions to provide the patients with the best payment options.
Collection management and recovery
Recapturing of older leads to transform into new sales
What do you need to be successful :
Native or Bilingual level of Spanish and professional English
Experience in remote selling, minimum 2 years
You've been working in Dental, similar sectors, Education, Esthetic, Medical, Automotive, Luxury, with a high ticket average per client.
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Experience in working in a changeling environment with tight deadlines.

We offer a compensation package consisting of a fixed annual salary between EUR 21,000 and 23,000, plus an uncapped variable annual component of EUR 6,000.
Shifts from Monday to Friday with availability to work 1 Saturday per month, given 1 weekday off.
