Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) to join our team. This on‑site role, based at our facilities in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, involves delivering engaging and comprehensive theoretical knowledge courses to trainee pilots in alignment with EASA regulations. The instructor will prepare and deliver lessons, assess trainee progress, provide feedback, and support student development. Ensuring high training standards, adherence to established curricula, and fostering a strong learning environment are essential responsibilities in this role.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in aviation subjects, such as aerodynamics, navigation, meteorology, operational procedures, and flight planning
* Proficiency in conducting classroom‑based training and using multimedia teaching tools to deliver engaging lessons
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for effective student interaction and progress assessment
* Previous experience as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor or similar teaching experience is highly beneficial
* Familiarity with EASA regulations and ability to adhere to ATO standards
* Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
* Holds a certificate or approval to teach theoretical knowledge courses in compliance with EASA regulations
* Bachelor’s degree in aviation, aeronautics, or a related field is preferred
