**What you will do**
- Driving the synergies work (tracking actions, reports, ensuring consistency of legal deliverables).
- Supporting the organization of legal and compliance trainings throughout the organization and coordinating the organization of legal events (seminars, focus groups).
- Supporting the development of legal KPIs, their follow-up and reporting, as well as the construction of a legal budget and its follow-up.
- Driving the creation of the legal portal (updates, communication, etc.).
- Contributing to the digitalization of the legal department (evaluation of possible tools, implementation of AI for legal, automation).
- Supporting any transversal legal project within the organization and in different locations (UK, Spain, Sweden, China, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Portugal, Romania, and Turkey).
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance or similar education.
- Previous experience managing complex, multi-cultural and global projects.
- Knowledge or experience at the legal field.
- Project coordination or management skills: leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across different regions.
- Digital skills: experience with digital tools and AI implementation.
- Full professional proficiency level of English, both speaking and writing. Any other languages will be a plus.
- Strong motivation to achieve success and great ambition and determination.
