The Performance Controller further supports the Head of Commercial in the preparation of the business decision-making bases for management, with a focus on KPI-driven analysis.Your main responsibilities will be:Responsible for the operative budgeting and planning process as well as cost and project controlling, with a strong focus on variance analysis, identification of deviations and proactive performance steering.Responsible for the investment controlling of the Spanish assets of VERBUND, ensuring continuous monitoring of performance against budget, forecast and defined KPIs.Prepare budget- and review meetings with the shareholders, providing analytical insights, deviation analysis and clear explanations of business performance.Create deviation analyses (presente vs. budget/forecast), identify root causes and propose corrective actions, and process ad hoc inquiries with a strong analytical approach.Prepare business decision-making bases for management, with a focus on KPI-driven analysis and performance evaluation.
