* Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues
* Monitor applications and services to ensure performance and stability
* 2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Consulting
* Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
* Datadog – monitoring, logs, and performance analysis
* Postman – API testing and troubleshooting
* ServiceNow – incident and ticket management
