Announcement for the position of an Administrative Technician with a high level of English.
Offer to work in the Research Support Office, providing support to principal investigators in various administrative, coordination, and research support functions.
Among the main responsibilities, we highlight:
- Coordination and monitoring of the research group’s activities.
- Management of email communication with collaborating institutions, participants, research staff, and administration.
- Organisation and planning of in-person and online meetings with different stakeholders.
- Logistical support for research activities (conferences, seminars, or project meetings).
- Preparation and management of administrative documentation and project materials.
- Support in organising schedules, visits, and operational procedures.
- Administrative tasks related to data collection and report preparation.
- Support in basic research-related tasks (document preparation, organisation of materials, filing, and information management).
- Coordination with the Projects Office and other Centre departments.
Requirements:
- University degree or completed Higher Vocational Training qualification.
- High level of Spanish and English. Catalan is highly valued.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team. Proactivity and autonomy.
- Interest and/or previous experience in research or academic environments.

Permanent contract.
Adaptable full-time schedule: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week). Intensive working hours in July and August.
Hybrid model: 2 remote working days per week.
