Doctor Trainer Spain
to accompany and support our doctors in their daily needs across all our clinics.

In this role, you will:
Approve treatment plans cases, review eligibility, approve refinements. Be the first level of support for the doctors and auxiliaries. Create the team and the process for smooth support for the front doctors. Be the liaison between the clinics and the HQ in Barcelona. Create training and processes. Train teams on processes and training techniques. Daily monitor quality reports and NPS and ensure good performance. Create improvement action plans and implement them. Daily monitor utilization and efficiency of time of the clinic teams. Organize daily quality checks. Create and implement procedures on quality monitoring of hygienist, auxiliaries, doctors in the use of tools and compliance with processes. Solve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meeting in the clinic, call, video conference or emails. Engage in marketing and interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media. Combine work in the office and in the clinic when clinic requires orthodontic knowledge support. The work may involve travelling and need to work on weekends. What you need to be successful:
Graduate in dentistry or orthodontics, registered with the Dental Association. Solid clinical experience, ideally with aligners and digital technologies. Experience in supervising or coordinating a medical team. Proficiency in digital tools and patient tracking software. Ability to supervise and validate treatment plans and manage complex cases. Natural leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Focus on patient excellence and continuous improvement. Fluent

English. Willingness to
travel
frequently to all our Spanish clinics and occasionally abroad.
