Our work spans four pathways - Programs, Growth Services, People Services and AI Services. This role sits in Programs, home to the AWS Passport Program. As an AWS partner and co-creators of the Global Passport Program, we work alongside AWS to help ISVs plan, build and execute international expansion, from discovery workshop to market launch. Passport is scaling fast across NAMER and EMEA, and this is the role that keeps it running.
About the Position:
In the role of Partner Success Manager, you'll be the partner-facing lead for Passport across both regions - the person AWS counterparts, our operators and our customers rely on through every workshop and anything in between. Based in Madrid, you'll keep delivery calm and organised; the follow-through reliable, and the relationships strong.
What you'll do:
* Own the day-to-day relationship with AWS account managers and Local Program Leaders across the Americas and EMEA, as their first point of contact.
* Coordinate workshop delivery end-to-end with our Operations Manager and Program Director, including on-the-ground orchestration during live weeks.
* Run the pre- and post-workshop comms - alignment, recaps, next steps, follow-up - and make sure nothing falls between owners.
* Own the weekly and monthly reporting on activity, pipeline and program health, and surface what we're learning back to the team.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years in Growth, Customer Success, account or partner management, BD or a related partner-facing role.
* A track record as the named lead on high-stakes enterprise partner or client accounts, credible with senior people.
* Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, with sound commercial instincts and follow-through you can point to.
* Clear, warm written and verbal communication, and the organisation to hold several workstreams across two regions without dropping detail.
* Comfortable working US East Coast hours with EMEA overlap (or BST with US overlap), and authorised to work in the UK / Europe.
* Bilingual, e.g. speaking English and Spanish (written and spoken), is ideal given the Madrid base and EMEA remit.
Nice to have:
* Direct AWS or hyperscaler partner experience, and any AWS certifications (e.g. Cloud Practitioner, or a Partner / Accreditation credential).
* A startup, scale-up or innovation-program background.
