We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at WebMD, a division of Internet Brands. The idóneo candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in multi-channel campaign strategy, performance analysis, and healthcare-focused marketing. This role requires expertise in campaign planning, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making to support growth and retention of healthcare professional (HCP) audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for campaigns targeting healthcare professionals across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, paid social, and display ads.
- Develop, optimize, and scale multi-channel marketing efforts using data-driven insights.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion), identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, UX, Editorial) to ensure brand alignment and effective campaign delivery.
- Plan and execute A/B testing and segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and incorporate insights into marketing strategy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and internal standards.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing email and app-based marketing campaigns, with strong understanding of channel best practices.
- Skilled in using performance data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Experience with analytics tools: Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst/Omniture), Google Analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Airship.
- Familiarity with CRM/project tools: Salesforce, YouTrack.
- Understanding of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing and compliance considerations.
