PbCompany Description /b /ppDeepTech Recruitment (DTR) is a Barcelona-based Talent Agency operating across Europe, supporting companies in building high-performing teams in Engineering, Applied AI, Product, Security, and Go-to-Market roles. /ppWe work directly with founders, CTOs and TA leadership teams navigating growth, helping them define, attract and secure critical talent in competitive environments across sectors such as technology, energy, aerospace, automotive, healthcare and finance. /ppbr/ppbRole Description /b /ppWe are opening a selective partner network to collaborate with independent professionals who are in regular contact with companies building or scaling their tech teams. /ppThis opportunity is designed for individuals who want to monetise their network without taking on operational or delivery work. /ppThis is not a recruitment role. It is a commercial partnership focused on identifying relevant hiring situations and facilitating qualified introductions to DeepTech Recruitment. /ppIn this context, a relevant introduction means more than identifying a company with open roles. It requires a direct connection with a decision-maker involved in hiring, and a prior interaction where the potential client has shown a clear interest in engaging with an external Talent Agency. /ppIn practice, this involves recognising companies facing growth, technical hiring challenges or team scaling needs, engaging with the appropriate stakeholder, and confirming alignment before making an introduction. From that point, we take full ownership of qualification, commercial discussions and delivery. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliIdentify companies building or scaling tech teams /liliRecognise relevant hiring situations (growth, new teams, leadership hires, technical bottlenecks) /liliEngage with hiring decision-makers to understand their context and assess their openness to working with an external Talent Agency /liliIntroduce qualified and interested contacts to DeepTech Recruitment /liliMaintain a high standard of relevance, context and professionalism in introductions /li /ulpbr/ppDeepTech Recruitment handles all qualification, commercial discussions, execution and delivery. /ppbr/ppbQualification Criteria /b /ppWe prioritise relevance and quality of network over volume. This partnership is best suited to individuals who meet the following criteria: /pullibDirect access to hiring decision-makers /b /li /ulpYou are regularly in contact with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering or leadership teams involved in building tech teams. /pullibExposure to real hiring situations /b /li /ulpYou are able to identify when a company is scaling, opening new roles, or facing challenges in hiring technical talent. /pullibStrong positioning within a professional ecosystem /b /li /ulpYou operate within startup, scale-up or tech environments, either through recruitment, advisory, consulting or operational roles. /pullibAbility to make qualified introductions /b /li /ulpYou are able to engage with contacts directly and introduce opportunities where there is a genuine level of interest and relevance, not simply pass along lists or unqualified leads. /pullibProfessional reliability and communication /b /li /ulpYou maintain a high standard in how you represent opportunities and partners within your network. /ppbr/ppbCompensation Earning Potential /b /ppThis is a performance-based B2B partnership. /ppPartners receive: /ppb10% of the first-year revenue /b generated from clients they introduce, based on Net Fees actually received and retained. /ppWe focus on high-value, specialised roles in deep tech environments, where hiring impact and fees are significant. /ppWe specifically target companies that are building or scaling teams, not one-off hires. As a result, a single introduction often leads to multiple roles over time, creating a stream of commissions from the same client relationship. /ppExamples: /pulliA scaling startup hiring 3–5 engineers → multiple commissions generated from a single introduction /liliA company building a new function (e.g. AI, platform, security) → recurring hires over several months /li /ulpThis model is designed so that: /pulliyou are not dependent on volume of introductions /lilia small number of relevant, well-targeted clients can generate meaningful and recurring income /li /ulpThe objective is to align on long-term client value, rather than isolated placements. /ppbr/ppbWhy Partner With Us /b /ppWe actively support our partners at every stage, ensuring you have the clarity, tools and responsiveness needed to succeed, not just a commission structure. /ppWe focus on making this a high-quality, low-friction revenue stream: /pulliClear positioning and ready-to-use sales narrative /liliGuidance on how to present and position our services effectively /liliFull transparency on how we work and what we deliver /liliFast validation of referrals with clear acceptance criteria /liliRegular updates on progress and outcomes /liliPayment based on revenue actually received and retained /liliLimited number of partners per region to avoid overlap /liliHigh-value engagements in specialised tech environments /liliNo operational burden — we handle everything /li /ulpThis is designed as a trust-based, long-term collaboration, where partners are supported, informed and positioned to generate meaningful results. /ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliAbility to make warm introductions, not cold lead submissions. /liliYou are a legally registered independent professional or business entity (e.g. Autónomo, GmbH, Ltd, etc.) /liliYou are able to issue valid business invoices /liliYou have access to companies hiring or planning to hire tech talent /liliYou operate in a professional environment (startup, scale-up, VC, tech ecosystem) /liliFluent English, Spanish/Catalan or German is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbDesirable Profile /b /pulliFreelance recruiters or boutique agencies /liliConsultants, advisors, or fractional leaders /liliCTOs, Heads of Engineering or experienced operators /liliIndividuals embedded in startup or tech ecosystems /li /ulpbr/ppbThe Commercial Setup /b /ppThis is not an employment contract and does not include fixed compensation, salary or benefits. /ppThis is a business-to-business partnership: /pulliyou operate independently /liliyou manage your own activity and costs /liliyou are compensated exclusively through commissions on successful engagements /liliWe maintain zero exclusivity, allowing you to run this alongside your other professional activities. /li /ul
