We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Sales Adviser based in the sales office, acting as the key point of contact for both direct buyers and collaborating agents.
The Role:You will be based on-site, managing the day-to-day sales activity and driving conversions by delivering a professional, structured and engaging buyer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the on-site sales office and all incoming enquiries
* Conducting viewings for direct clients and agent-introduced buyers
* Presenting the development with strong product knowledge and clarity
* Following up leads and progressing them through to reservation
* Coordinating closely with collaborating agents to maximise sales activity
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting the sales process through to contract
Profile:
* Proven experience in real estate or high-value sales
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Confident dealing with both clients and agents
* Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
* Fluent English & Spanish (additional languages a plus)
* Knowledge of the Costa del Sol xohynlm market is advantageous
