What you will be doing... As one of our valued Airport Representatives, you will play a vital part in meeting & greeting our customers on arrival and departure, delivering outstanding customer service, and directing our customers to their transfer. You will work as part of a team with internal & external suppliers and take responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

What will you do in the role? Reporting to the Airport Team Leader, you will:
* Work as part of a team with internal & external stakeholders to deliver VIP, industry-leading customer service to our customers.
* Receive comprehensive training to ensure you:
o Create memorable experiences for customers by welcoming them to the airport with our famous smiles.
o Support with flight disruptions, emergencies & customer escalations.
o Represent Jet2holidays at the airport to support customers' journey.
o Collaborate with transfer providers & customers both inside terminals and outside in the coach park.
o Provide essential holiday information to arriving customers.
o Deliver a friendly "have a lovely flight" farewell to customers departing.
What will I need? You must have the right to work in Spain and be living there or willing to source accommodation. Working hours vary monthly, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekends, with rosters provided 3-4 weeks in advance. You will spend long periods on your feet and working outdoors during summer. Flexibility is essential for supporting flight disruptions and emergencies. No previous experience is required; however, you should handle customer situations effectively, solve problems, maintain a positive attitude, and be IT confident to use digital systems daily on a tablet.
