Administrative Assistant at Legal, Tax, and Accounting Advisory Firm
Are you passionate about the world of accounting and customer service? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mejoralia/Moglia. If you have experience in administrative tasks, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a solid knowledge of accounting, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Attend to and coordinate the calendars of our clients and the lawyer.
- Accountancy.
- Organize files according to office protocols.
- Carry out administrative tasks and liaise with public agencies.
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and experience in dealings with government agencies.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
