Canary Islands: permanent summer paradise with dream beaches and natural parks. Constant tourist activity requires organized entertainment for visitors.
Your Responsibilities
- Launching the programme of daytime and evening activities.
- Organising schedules for entertainer teams of 1–28.
- Reporting information to Acttiv.
- Following Acttiv’s quality policy.
- Being aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers.
- Attending and receiving training provided by the company.
- Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.
- Monitoring time recording.
- Obtaining positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment.
Requirements
- At least one season experience as head of entertainment.
- Excellent level of Spanish and English; additional languages welcomed.
- Preferred education: studies related to tourist entertainment or tourism.
- Good command of office tools such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1 year’s availability from start date.

- Accommodation: opt for the offered single room or find your own; if using the company room, €172,90 net per month will be deducted from your salary to cover expenses.
- Meals included in the staff canteen.
