We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and offers advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English language command, strong organization, reliability, a solid work ethic, and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required. Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of administrative duties
* Answer emails and phone calls
* Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
* Create content to post on the company's social media channels
* Prepare presentations according to instructions
* Make travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations)
* Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
* Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Candidate Qualifications
* 1 year of experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ WPM)

Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements
This role operates in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary. The employee may need to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset. Occasional movement of objects up to 40 pounds may be required.
