We’re building the world’s first financial platform tailored to content creators — making it easier to earn, spend, and save money across borders. /ppMAKE was founded with a specific purpose in mind to address the underserved needs of the Creator Economy often overlooked by traditional banking while bringing forward technology, banking, and global solutions for our Creator Economy Clients. /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators. /ppThis role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE. /ppYou will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do /b /ppClient Onboarding Activation /pulliOwn the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients (agencies and creators) /liliGuide clients through KYC/KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience /liliAct as primary contact during account setup /liliReduce onboarding friction and improve activation rates /li /ulpbr/ppRelationship Management /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with agencies and creators /liliDeliver a high-touch, concierge-style service aligned with Private Banking standards /liliServe as an advisor on how to best use the MAKE platform /liliMaintain regular communication through Telegram, WhatsApp and phone calls /li /ulpbr/ppClient Education Enablement /pulliEducate clients on platform functionality, features and best practices /liliSupport clients in optimizing their financial operations using MAKE /liliDeliver tailored onboarding sessions and walkthroughs /li /ulpbr/ppGrowth Commercial Development /pulliIdentify opportunities to expand client usage and increase account value /liliDrive retention, engagement and revenue growth /liliCollaborate with internal teams to support client growth initiatives /liliSpot trends and provide feedback to product and leadership teams /li /ulpbr/ppProduct Feedback /pulliShare insights on client needs, pain points and feature requests /liliSupport rollout and adoption of new features and product updates /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience Background /b /pulli2–5+ years in account management, client success, private banking, or sales /lili Experience managing high-value clients or VIP relationships /lili Background in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is a plus /liliBanking experience is a distinct advantage /liliStrong relationship-building and communication skills /lili Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities /liliHighly organized with strong attention to detail /liliAbility to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and discretion /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat’s in it for You /b /pulliCompetitive compensation package with potential for bonus / stock options. /liliRelocation opportunity to the Canary Islands (Tenerife) with a comprehensive relocation package, including admin and visa support for candidates moving from abroad. /liliCollaborative, fast-paced startup culture - work directly with founders and senior leadership. /liliThe chance to define compliance in one of fintech’s most exciting frontiers - the Creator Economy. /li /ul
