Description
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will work closely with different departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage, from the initial inquiry to post-sale support.
Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing programs and initiatives that contribute to customer satisfaction
* Conducting in-depth analysis of customer service results, surveys, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
* Identifying effective upselling strategies
* Implementing strategies to identify and prioritize VIP customers and repeating visitors for personalized service
* Managing and curating information displays to enhance engagement and provide relevant information
* Fostering connections with groups and events to improve customer experience
* Collaborating with Sales and MICE teams for seamless integration and support
* Introducing and maintaining customer-centric rituals to enhance experience and brand loyalty
* Developing deep knowledge of company's products and services to advise customers effectively
* Participating in initiatives to improve processes related to customer experience
* Organizing and overseeing entertainment activities, including music events
* Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
* Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and inclusive attitude
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles, preferably hospitality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Customer-oriented mindset with proactive approach
* Knowledge of CRM tools and systems
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
* Attention to detail
* Availability to travel for industry events
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
* Knowledge of resort facilities, services, and local area (desirable)
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
