Your responsibilities will include
Support day-to-day transport planning and shipment execution (inbound & outbound).
Prepare and check shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs docs).
Monitor shipment status and update internal stakeholders on delivery progress.
Assist with warehouse coordination (stock movements, receipts, dispatches).
Provide administrative support to senior logistics team members.
Maintain accurate records in ERP and TMS systems.
Carry out invoice verification processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies
Minimum requirements
Good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn ERP/TMS systems (SAP etc.).
Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping terms.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, team player attitude.
Spanish and English proficiency (basic written & spoken for emails and calls).
0–2 years of logistics/supply chain experience (or fresh graduate with internship background).
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse systems and quickly adapt to new technologies
