VHIR is seeking a Billing and Accounting Administrative within the Accounting & Revenue Unit. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations, manage billing processes, and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be someone who is resolutive, proactive, and takes initiative, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.

Education and qualifications:
Required:
* CFGS in Administration or a related field.
* Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
* Proven experience in invoicing and general administrative tasks.
* Background in accounting.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
* Highly organised, decisive and dynamic.
Main responsibilities and duties:
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Revenue Unit.
* Perform income accounting and related bookkeeping tasks.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints.
* Monitor and manage arrears.
* Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
Labour conditions:
* Full-time: 40 hours/week.
* Starting date: immediate.
* Gross annual salary: euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
* Contract: Permanent.
* Candidates must hold a functional diversity certificate of at least 33% to apply.
