What are your responsibilities are...
You handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and warmth.
You provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and resort amenities to help guests make informed decisions.
You confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the system, ensuring all details are correct.
You respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests, offering personalized solutions whenever possible.
You coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, F&B) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
You monitor room availability and optimize occupancy through effective booking management.
You maintain accurate records of reservations and
