Responsabilidades
Prospección activa y generación de pipeline
Captación y apertura de nuevas cuentas
Venta consultiva en entornos IT
Gestión del ciclo completo de ventas
Coordinación con equipos técnicos y de selección
Seguimiento de oportunidades hasta cierre
Qué buscamos
2–4 años de experiencia en consultoría tecnológica o IT staffing
Experiencia real en venta consultiva B2B
Haber trabajado con perfiles IT (Data, Cloud, Desarrollo, ERP, etc.)
Perfil hunter, orientado a resultados
Alta autonomía y mentalidad comercial
CondicionesSalario fijo: 25.000€ – 40.000€ brutos anuales dependiendo de experiecia.
Variable por resultados.
Modelo híbrido (lunes remoto).
Jornada intensiva los viernes.
