**What You’ll Do**
- _Gain and maintain an excellent and _**in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s) and services**_ _which include: Qapter, Class, Calculation Services and Calculation Reports_
- _**Requirements gathering/elicitation**_ _from customers, product managers and other stakeholders_
- _**Write business requirements**_ _based on existing solutions and new requirements for the related products and processes _**in corresponding JIRA user stories**_
- _Collaborate closely with Product Management _**to refine existing features and define new ones**_
- _Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure that products are developed as defined_
- _**Create compelling documentation**_ _to support engineering teams and business value proposition_
- _Collaborate closely with other team´s BAs and experts to _**create, maintain and document product demo environments**_ _with up-to-date software, configuration and data packages_
- _**Assist with product configuration, feature activation and presentations**_ _for the Qapter Core Data domain_
- _Collaborate closely with UX teams to understand user paint points and flows and define actionable items for Engineering teams_
- _Detailed _**analysis of estimation results**_ _and repair cost output for feature definition and fine-tuning_
**What You’ll Bring**
- _At least _**3 years of business analyst experience**_ _in the digital or automotive sectors in an _**international company**_
- _Outstanding_ **prioritization **_and_ **time management**_ _skills_
- _Exceptional _**analytical and problem-solving skills**_ _with attention and focus on detail_
- _Experience with _**Agile **_(Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks_
- _Very good in_ **creating product documentation**_
- _**Excellent written communication skills in English**_,_additional languages can be a plus_
- _Requires a _**BSc/MSc degree**_ _in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electric/Mechanical Engineering or similar_
- _Nice-to-have: Experience with big data, risk systems, calculation engines and/or mathematical modelling_
- Nice-to-have: Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases_
Pay: Up to 48,000.00€ per year
