Join Concentrix as an Account Manager (French-speaking) in a hybrid role within the Hospitality Industry, based in Malaga.
Job Description
We are a global technology and services leader, supporting well-known brands worldwide. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Malaga, helping to power the brands of the future in the Hospitality Industry.
Responsibilities
* Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts, and generate opportunities.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to activity and performance.
* Maintain all communication records in CRM.
* Follow up on accounts and maintain regular communication.
* Participate in sales activities and campaigns.
* Qualify and follow up on opportunities with clients and hotels.
* Upsell and provide discounts based on client needs.
* Offer alternative solutions when hotels are unavailable.
* Assist with business travel and individual queries.
* Work on external lists and platforms as required.
Qualifications
We value diversity and are looking for candidates who are curious, eager to learn, and have a natural talent for helping others. Ideal candidates will:
* Be bilingual or proficient in French and have an advanced level of English.
* Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
* Have a positive attitude and experience with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Have a sales background; hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Benefits
* Full-time, 39 hours/week, permanent contract (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00).
* Salary of €20,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 gross/year in bonuses, private medical insurance.
