- Document financial transactions by entering account information.

**Bus Service Coordinator (40%)** 
- Manage and coordinate regular bus service for students and staff. 
- Ensure that ASB rules, policies and procedures are followed, along with 
regulations pertaining to the Transportation authorities. 
- Coordinate the scheduling and routing of school buses with the bus company. 
- Review bus routes and recommend changes to the bus company, if necessary. 
- Guide bus monitors in safety procedures and best practices in loading and 
unloading students. 
- Complete reports and keep records as required by ASB and local authorities. 
- Create positive relationships with the bus company and parents of children who will use the transportation system. 
- Serve as intermediary between the bus company and parents of children by 
providing a clear and efficient communication.
