Administrative Officer (Legal & Tax Environment) – English (B2+) & Spanish

KONSELL Abogados & Asesores is a law and tax advisory firm founded in 2013, supported by a team of professionals with over 30 years of combined experience. We are looking to appoint a highly organised, dependable and proactive Administrative Officer to support our lawyers and advisors in a demanding, client-facing, cross-border environment.
This role is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with strong judgement, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently while working closely with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to legal, tax and business advisory matters.
Liaise with third parties and public bodies, including banks, notaries, the Land Registry, Mercantile and Civil Registries, Tax Authorities, Social Security offices, embassies/consulates, foreign law firms and traffic authorities.
Prepare, review and manage documentation, submissions and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy, deadlines and proper record-keeping.
Maintain and organise administrative and routine case files, both digital and physical, in line with internal procedures and confidentiality standards.
Communicate professionally with clients and counterparties in English and Spanish, by email, telephone and in person.
Support the team with scheduling, coordination, logistics and other operational tasks as required in a professional services setting.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role within a legal, tax, corporate or professional services environment.
Demonstrable experience dealing with the institutions and counterparties listed above (or comparable bodies).
Proven ability to manage administrative files and processes autonomously, with strong prioritisation and follow-through.
English: upper-intermediate (B2) or above, both written and spoken, for day-to-day professional communications.
Spanish: full professional proficiency.
High standards of discretion, confidentiality and professional ethics.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
A proactive and determined attitude.
Additional languages (e.g., French or German) are an advantage.
