Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network services
Manage Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, backups, and cost optimization
Configure and maintain secure remote access solutions (VPN, SSH,
Monitor system performance, availability, and security
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues
Manage third-party software, licenses, and license servers
Document infrastructure, configurations, and IT processes
Support the implementation of IT security best practices
3 years of experience and more as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or similar role
~ Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
~ Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
~ Experience with system monitoring and incident resolution
~ Professional working proficiency in English
~ Willingness to work full-time on-site in Malpartida de Plasencia (Extremadura)
