Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing unique customer relationships focused on innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.
The Technical Lead in Omega’s marketing team is responsible for ensuring the technical progress of projects, advising all technical roles involved throughout various stages, and ensuring the development team meets client and company expectations regarding technical quality and project profitability.
This includes identifying potential gaps and advising on the best solutions. The Technical Lead serves as a technical reference, possessing in-depth platform knowledge, and acts as a guide for the growth and development of team members. The role works closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.
Main Responsibilities
1. Projects
2. Support commercial and functional teams with technical knowledge:
solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
3. Assist PM/DM in technical leadership, providing platform expertise and identifying optimal solutions to meet functional requirements.
4. Detect and report risks related to project/client profitability.
5. Ensure project scope, timeline, and costs are managed effectively, alerting deviations.
6. Achieve project’s technical objectives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Supervise effort estimates and support testing phases.
8. Deliver final technical documentation.
Solutions
1. Provide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects.
2. Collaborate on project demos and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling from a technical perspective.
3. Identify methodological improvements and collaborate with technology providers.
4. Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Team and Training
1. Share technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
2. Provide thought leadership, training, and mentoring to develop team skills.
3. Participate in team development and training initiatives.
Skills
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
* Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Salesforce certifications are an asset.
* High level of English proficiency.
