**The Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Digital Marketing Coordinator** to join our Marketing team at **International College Spain**. This exciting role will support the Digital Acquisition Manager and Marketing Manager in executing digital strategies that grow our online presence, generate enquiries, and build strong engagement with our prospective families.
You will be instrumental in managing our digital channels, developing social media content, improving SEO, analyzing performance data, and creating engaging multimedia content. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure our digital storytelling reflects the unique value of our school and supports enrollment growth.
**Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation**
- Create, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter)
- Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with key school events and the admissions cycle
- Engage with users and monitor interactions
- Produce high-quality photography and videos
- Collaborate with students, staff and faculty to source authentic content
**Website Management & SEO**
- Maintain and update website content with accurate, timely information
- Analyze user behavior and optimize the user experience
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance
**Online Reputation**
- Monitor reviews and social mentions
- Develop response strategies to both positive and negative feedback
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track digital KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
- Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or similar
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within the education or service sectors
- Proven social media and digital campaign management experience
- Photography/videography and basic graphic design skills preferred
- Bilingual in **English and Spanish** (essential)
