RESPONSABILIDADES

Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo de eventos

Gestionar y actualizar bases de datos de proveedores, clientes y colaboradores

Colaborar en la coordinación logística de los eventos (alquileres de espacios, proveedores de servicios, catering, transporte, etc.)

Apoyar en la preparación de documentos como contratos, presupuestos y órdenes de compra

Realizar seguimientos a proveedores y colaboradores para asegurar la entrega de materiales y servicios en los plazos establecidos

Ayudar en la gestión de inventario y materiales necesarios para los eventos

Participar en reuniones de equipo

Coordinar tareas administrativas varias, como la gestión de correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas, y la organización de archivos físicos y digitales

REQUISITOS

Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas

Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente o en equipo

Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Buena comunicación verbal y escrita

Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a un entorno cambiante

Valorables conocimientos básicos en la producción de eventos y / o logística

CONDICIONES

Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y creativo

Empresa internacional con gran potencial de crecimiento

Prácticas presenciales con posibilidad de teletrabajo

Acceso a la formación

25 horas semanales (5 horas diarias entre 9 : 00 y 18 : 00)

Beca de estudios 300€ / mes
