Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The primary responsibility is to develop the hunting market by building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
The key attributes and expectations include:
* Strong business acumen
* Active social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with a large following is a plus
* Experience in retail and store management
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility
* Proficiency in English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hikvision requires the Business Development Manager to act as the company's ambassador and brand representative, with key tasks including:
* Develop the hunting market, conduct dealer/shop visits, promote the brand, organize display instructions, activities/events, build relationships, perform market research, and surveys of competitors and customers
* Identify potential business opportunities and growth areas
* Discover dealer and end-user pain points and support needs
* Present solutions to potential customers
* Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and events
* Collaborate closely with regional sales teams
* Lobby in associations and interest groups
* Assist consultants in project specifications
* Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Prepare management reports
Your Profile:
* Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level
* Open-mindedness to working in a multicultural environment
* Self-driven and ambitious with a winning attitude
* Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
