**MISSION**
- ** Contribute to key Customer Experience initiatives**, from conception to implementation.
- **Support the management of internal and external stakeholders**, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- **Develop and maintain dashboards and reports** (Google Sheets, Data Studio/Power BI) with metrics on NPS, incidents, and seller performance.
- **Analyze** performance and NPS **data** to identify patterns, trends, and “top offenders,” proposing actionable improvements.
- Design and conduct business experiments or hypotheses to validate initiatives and **build predictive models.**:
- **Prepare and organize reports** for seller consultations, with clear insights and improvement recommendations.
- **Monitor key KPIs**: NPS, contact rate, incident rate, delivery times, reason share, customer satisfaction, among others.
- **Identify and propose solutions**to pain points in the customer journey, especially in post-sales and delivery processes.
- **Generate insights t**hat connect performance data, customer voice, and business strategy to support decision-making.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
**Hard Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in **Google Sheets / Excel**(pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Knowledge of **SQL** (BigQuery is a plus).
- Experience with **reporting tools**: Data Studio or Power BI.
- Strong data analysis and statistical interpretation skills to extract clear insights.
- Interest and basic knowledge in Customer Experience, NPS, and e commerce/marketplaces.
