As the Jefe de Recepción, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out, while managing and motivating a team of reception staff.Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in / check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and complaint resolutionLead, train, and mentor the reception team to maintain high standards of customer serviceManage daily staff schedules and assignments to ensure optimal coverage and efficiencyMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiencyCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stayHandle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detailEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulationsManage and reconcile cash transactions and credit card settlementsProvide regular reports to senior management on front desk performance and guest feedbackStay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guestsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field2 years of experience in hotel reception or front desk management, preferably in a luxury hotel settingFluency in Spanish and English;
