Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling service contracts.
* Territory includes: France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
* Prepare accurate monthly forecasts of orders and revenue.
* Collaborate with service and FAs teams to support their goals and drive business.
* Leverage practical process improvement (PPI) to streamline processes.
* Plan and oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
* Manage, develop, mentor, and empower the sales force to meet high professional standards and sales targets.
* Assess staff performance, provide mentorship, and guide to ensure efficiency.
* Ensure smooth information flow within support groups to facilitate operations.
* Continuously develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition in the geography.
* Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts.
* Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
* Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, Italian, and/or Spanish is a bonus.
* Deep understanding of people management, sales strategies, and tactics.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
* 3-5 years of experience leading and developing sales teams preferred.
* 5 years of sales experience.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and customer engagement talents. Passion for teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative environment.
