The Sales Backoffice Team for Order to Delivery (OTD) manages the central OTD delivery across Europe. This role reports to local management and is guided by HQ (SC/SDP), the business area responsible for the RotF project (agency model). As a Specialist, you will act as the final gatekeeper, ensuring customer orders are accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery. Your work will be key to maintaining operational excellence and delivering a great customer experience. Your responsibilities Order Management • Review and verify customer orders and amendments • Check commercial aspects (solvency, discrepancies, deadlines, delivery conditions) • Ensure compliance before releasing orders Damage & Payment Handling • Collaborate with service providers on claims processing • Coordinate repair payments with retailers • Manage billing with insurance companies • Provide payment documentation to stakeholders Logistics • Verify transport invoices and clarify with providers • Act as first point of contact for A2A transport topics • Manage tickets (e.g., cancellations due to damages) Quality & Compliance • Perform final checks before orders move to production and delivery • Monitor processes and maintain documentation for audits • Ensure all documents meet Mercedes-Benz and legal standards Your profile • Bachelor’s degree, commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data • Experience in back-office, order, logistics or damage processes • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Languages • Fluent English (written & spoken) • German is a plus (B2–C1) or willingness to learn • Additional languages like Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or French are valued Benefits • 60% Mobile work • Adaptable entering hours • 30 working days of holidays • Annual Training Plan • Mercedes-Benz benefits (Renting plans, employee discount)
